What is a receipt number?

It is the 13-character identifier on your USCIS receipt notice — three letters followed by ten digits, such as IOE0912345678.

How often are saved cases checked?

Four times every day, at 12am, 6am, 12pm and 6pm, plus any time you refresh manually.
